We have recently made changes to the Registration Service.

As a result of these changes the registration server has migrated to a new IP address. To avoid complications with the registration process, customers may find it necessary to update their network and firewall settings.

Please review the Exceptions section of the following KB article to ensure your network and firewall services are properly configured.
